Quality

Our mission: Understand. Implement. Improve.

“We don’t see quality as a final inspection, but as a holistic principle. Your requirements are at the core — carefully planned, precisely executed, and continuously monitored. Our teams, systems, and methods ensure that your specifications are measurably met and transformed into durable, reliable products.”

Quality management
as a management task

Our quality management system is based on the internationally recognized standards ISO 9001 and EN 9100 (aviation and aerospace) – and is far more than a formal requirement: it is a management tool, a strategic instrument, and a lived commitment to values.

It includes regular internal and external audits, systematic error management, knowledge retention measures, and the promotion of a company-wide quality awareness. Through KPI-based process control, documented procedures, and clear accountability at all levels, we create an environment in which quality is not controlled but produced daily.

1

Statistical Process Control (SPC) – Quality in Real Time

In series production, we rely on SPC to continuously monitor quality-relevant characteristics. Relevant process metrics such as Cp and Cpk are recorded, analyzed, and documented in real time. This allows us to identify deviations early and ensure consistently high product quality – with maximum process stability.

2

Initial sampling – tested release processes

Prior to series release, a structured initial sampling inspection is carried out in accordance with VDA 2 or FAI. We document all test characteristics, material certifications, and functional requirements in standardized initial sample inspection reports – ensuring maximum transparency, audit compliance, and trust.

3

Quality planning – the foundation for safe processes

Right from the project start-up phase, we work closely with our customers to analyze drawings, functional features, and specifications in detail. From this, we derive individual test plans and define critical features, tolerance limits, and measurement methods.
